The client is responsible for providing all required information, access credentials, creative assets, approvals, and content on time.
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
4. Risk Disclosure
Digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Dropshipping, E-commerce, Website Development, and related services involve market and platform risks.
Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, product demand, customer behavior, platform policies, and other external factors beyond our control.
No guaranteed sales, profits, revenue, ROI, leads, business growth, or specific outcomes are promised.
5. Limitation of Liability
Leworto Agency shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, business, advertising, operational, or reputational loss suffered by the client.
The client acknowledges that all business and investment decisions are made at their own risk.
Leworto Agency shall not be liable for losses arising from ad account restrictions, account suspensions, policy violations, payment gateway issues, platform changes, website downtime, third-party service failures, or market fluctuations.
6. No Guarantee Policy
Leworto Agency does not guarantee sales, profits, business success, ad performance, account approval, product success, or any specific business outcome.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Shopify, payment gateways, hosting providers, and other service providers.
Leworto Agency has no control over the policies, decisions, restrictions, or actions of such third-party platforms.
8. Acceptance
By making payment and proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to bear all business-related risks independently.
