Terms & Conditions – Digital Marketing & Dropshipping Services (Leworto)
1. No Guarantee of Results
Leworto Digital Marketing Agency (“Leworto”) provides marketing, media buying, and dropshipping setup services on a professional and best-effort basis. However, Leworto makes no guarantee regarding the success, profitability, or return on investment (ROI) of any marketing campaign, particularly those run on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
2. Client Acknowledgement of Risk
By engaging Leworto’s services, the client acknowledges that digital advertising and dropshipping are inherently risky business activities, and returns are subject to several unpredictable factors, including—but not limited to—consumer behavior, ad performance, product demand, logistics issues, and third-party platform policies. Performance may vary, and losses are possible.
3. No Liability for RTO, Order Failures or Financial Losses
Leworto shall not be held liable or responsible for:
All associated operational and financial risks, including advertising budget losses, are to be borne solely by the client.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid to Leworto for marketing, media buying, setup, or consultancy services are non-refundable under any circumstance.
5. Independent Contractor Clause
Leworto operates as an independent service provider. The company does not act as a partner, guarantor, or stakeholder in the client’s business operations, revenue, or profit.
6. Indemnity and Legal Protection
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Leworto and its affiliates, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, legal actions, or losses arising out of campaign performance, RTO, or failed dropshipping transactions.
7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Your State], India. Parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration/mediation before seeking any court remedy.
“Leworto provides strategic digital marketing and dropshipping support services. Performance results (including sales, leads, or orders) are not guaranteed. By proceeding with our services, the client accepts all business risks involved. Leworto is not liable for any loss incurred due to ad spend, order failure, or RTO issues.”
